The company was establish in late 2017 with 3 agents proving inbound services and have since grown to 12 agents in early 2018.
We deliver 24/7/365 operations, even on holidays.
Our team is small, but it has allowed us to better manage and monitor employees performance and quality across the board. We have worked different operations
including sales, customer service, technical support, email and sms, transcription and data entry.
Our one on one coaching system ensure synergy is maintained and our agents understand what it mean to satisfy our clients and offer

Our day to day coaching and regular meetings helps to engage the entire staff; from HR, Tead Leads, Managers, and Reps. In these gatherings, everyone will share their views, feedbacks, and tips on how the team can improve production.
